Arish Dalal, CPA, CGMA

Arish Dalal has been a senior partner at Dalal Associates CPAs P.C. since 2005. He received his Bachelor of Arts, with a primary focus in accounting, from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1998. He was later admitted to practice public accounting in the State of New York in 2004. Arish works hand in hand with individuals and business owners in order to properly assess the services they require. He has developed extensive knowledge and experience in: aiding start-up businesses and entrepreneurs, individual taxation, real estate transactions, business transactions and business planning and development.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and New York Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Keenan Dalal, CPA, CGMA

Keenan Dalal has been with Dalal Associates for over 10 years and became a partner in 2010. He received his Bachelor of Science from Bentley University in 2005 and his Masters of Science in Taxation in 2006. Prior to joining Dalal Associates CPAs P.C., Keenan worked for Price Waterhouse Cooper in their corporate tax division where he was an intrinsic part of tax preparation process. Keenan has brought a wealth of expertise to the firm with specializations in business strategy and planning, audit and review, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions as well as real estate transactions. Keenan is licensed to practice in State of New York as well as State of Florida.

He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and New York Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Harmanak Singh

Harmanak Singh is a seasoned real estate investment professional with deep expertise in the acquisition, management, and disposition of net-leased (NNN) commercial properties anchored by national and regional credit tenants.

With an extensive background in commercial brokerage and principal-level investing, Harmanak brings a rigorous, data-driven approach to underwriting, asset selection, and risk management. His experience encompasses tenant credit analysis, lease structure evaluation, cap rate strategy, and long-term portfolio optimization, enabling consistent income generation and capital preservation across market cycles.

Harmanak is responsible for sourcing both on- and off-market opportunities, structuring acquisitions, and dispositions,  and executing value-maximizing exit strategies. His disciplined investment philosophy emphasizes stable cash flow, strong tenant fundamentals, and downside protection, positioning the fund to deliver attractive, risk-adjusted returns to its investors.

Recognized for his integrity, precision, and hands-on leadership, Harmanak has overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate transactions and maintains long-standing relationships with private investors, family offices, and institutional capital partners, as well as corporate tenant representatives for some of the largest credit rated tenants in the country.

William M. Mason, Esq.

William M. Mason, Esq. is a real estate attorney, investor, and operator with more than two decades of experience in commercial real estate law, lease structuring, asset acquisition, and portfolio management. His career reflects a unique blend of legal expertise and hands‑on operational insight across multiple real estate asset classes. Mr. Mason earned his Bachelor’s degree from St. John’s University in 1989 and his Juris Doctor from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1994. He was admitted to the New York State Bar in 1995, the same year he founded Mason & Mason, PLLC, a law firm dedicated exclusively to commercial and residential real estate transactions, financing, development, and title matters.

His professional skill spans NNN lease acquisitions, 1031 tax‑deferred exchange structuring, commercial and residential acquisitions and dispositions, financing, lease analysis across multi family, retail, office, and industrial sectors, environmental due diligence, sale‑leaseback transactions, and distressed asset restructuring. His deep technical knowledge is complemented by a practical understanding of how assets perform, evolve, and create long‑term value.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Mason is an accomplished real estate investor and operator with a multi‑decade track record in developing, repositioning, and managing assets across diverse geographies. Over the past twenty years, he has completed more than 80 multifamily and single‑family development and rehabilitation projects. He also built and continues to manage a diversified portfolio of 20 income‑producing properties, including NNN retail assets, office buildings, multifamily properties, and single‑family rental portfolios. This operational experience provides the Investment Committee with valuable insight into tenant operations, property‑level risk, and long‑term asset performance.

Mr. Mason has also served in several industry leadership roles, including Vice President of the New York Association of Mortgage Brokers, Chairman of the Real Estate and Financial Professionals of New York, and Chairman of the Urban League of Long Island—reflecting his commitment to professional standards and community advancement.

As a member of the Investment Committee, Mr. Mason plays a central role in shaping acquisition and underwriting standards, evaluating credit and lease structures, assessing market stability, and reviewing risk‑adjusted performance projections. He also contributes to identifying opportunities for tax‑efficient structuring, including depreciation strategies. His multidisciplinary background—spanning law, investment, development, and asset management—supports a disciplined, comprehensive, and conservative approach to capital preservation and strategic growth.
